We must have a youth keeper that can go on the bench?

If MF thinks our U18 keeper isn't currently up to a place in the bench then we'll need to bring in a new back-up GK.

Immediate thought is Ryan Robinson who (I think) still works for the club after retiring a couple of years ago. Otherwise Jordan Archer is 3rd or 4th choice at Fulham after an excellent short spell at Oxford.

Is Storm Dennis an American keeper? If he's in the area for a few days I wonder if he fancies a game?

Notts County have just signed left-back Joel Bagan on a month’s loan from Cardiff. Never seen the lad but we can't be casting our net very wide for a replacement full-back if we didn't consider him, assume that if he's deemed good enough for NL side then he might suit a Lge2 side also.

Not sure what the rules are around the National Lge but that window is shut for us I think...... a signing has to be a unattached player.

So Flynny states the Academy goalkeeper is not capable of stepping up.
Says it all about Flynny and the kids.
Zero confidence in any youngsters.
Unless an outfield player is better whoever the kid is will have to step up if King gets ill or hurt.

More total dross from our newbie Gorman in the Gus stating once the first goal is scored they will start to flow.

Just plain stupid why once again get a player quoting crap to the Argus.

Yeah, perhaps Gorman should have just said, “sorry we’re shit, we’re not going to score any goals, to be honest I wouldn’t bother wasting your money watching us”

I just don’t get you sometimes..

What he was saying was right, we’re creating numerous chances but the ball hasn’t been going in, he believes when we get one we’ll start scoring a few, what’s wrong with that??? We know we have two strikers that scored over 20 goals each last season so we know we have goals in us.

Simple.
Its all dross.
More times than not the Argus gets a comment from a player who states something that in the main never materialises
Why ask a very new member of the team to comment on our lack of goals.
Get hold of Matt or Amond and ask them.
Its all bullshit anyway.
Clearly every player has to be up beat but before every game we get the crap wishful thinking comments.
No idea how you stop it but if you believe some of these stories that the Gus prints best of luck.
very rarely do they come to fruition.
this example for instance.
"we score a goal then they will start to flow"
Is it 27 goals in 30 games.
After each of those 27 goals did it start to flow. NO
Like I said its just crap headlines.
Not the players fault.

Whether they’re crap headlines or not is a matter of debate ...... but you are reading them and secondly your making us all aware of them .... you are golden advertising for the Gus.

Think you can hopefully

You can sign a keeper on emergency loan but, that is to play, can we sign one to sit on the bench?,otherwise a retired one fit enough to be ready if needed.
