Sorry I don't want to "takeover" the thread

DEAN Holdsworth hopes to see a swift resolution to ownership issues at Wanderers after confirming his resignation from all positions at the club today.

The former striker was forced to give up his 37.5 per cent share at the Macron Stadium after his company Sports Shield BWFC was wound-up over a £5million-plus debt to finance company BluMarble last week.

Holdsworth had bought the club alongside Ken Anderson in February 2016, with ownership ratified by the EFL a month later, but has had a stormy relationship with his business partner throughout his the 555-day tenure.

Scored the goal that gained a point against them so good luck to him but saying that in my opinion the way he plays he will pick up a lot of yellows and a fair share of reds this season

Only started the Swindon EFL Trophy game - 4 games for County, around 20, 30, 73 and 20 minutes. FWIW when I saw him he looked adequate away at Dagenham in his 20 minutes there in a 0-0 draw.

Good Morning!
With Justin gone Sam Foley and Regan Poole must feel a bit bemused as he undoubtedly was a key factor in joining Town. Sam hasn't even played a meaningful game yet!

I'm sure one of the major factors both of them joined Northampton was down to the fact he was manager there .
In fact I am sure I read somewhere they Poole stated that JE was the main reason he joined them because of his respect for him and how he showed faith in his ability at such a young age when he started for us at 16.......

Given how carefully Man Utd handle their investments I bet they aren't too pleased.

Conor Washington played for N.Ireland in their win last night, set up a goal. Hopefully Wales can get a similar result tonight. N.Ireland look like they're favourites to secure the play-off spot in their group.

Ages later they issued a correction and took the goal away from Jeffers. I'd already had teeshirts printed.
