Joe Days latest four debut appearances for various clubs:
Portsmouth 0-1 Newport County
Wigan 3-2 Cardiff.
Day conceded the three goals after replacing Etheridge on 56 minutes.
Accrington 2-1 Wimbledon.
Bristol Rovers 2-3 Sheffield Utd.

Doing ok so far. Good pass leading to Swindon’s goal.

They've put together a really good side there for the level they're at. Would be good to see them come up and maybe draw them in a cup. Always enjoyed our games against them, and of course being driven down there every other week by the old man when I was a nipper!
They've lost a number of their key players since the manager left them for Chesterfield and he's taken a few with him. He's not a popular man on their forum.
2-0 down after 12 minutes today at home today to Kidderminster Harriers, won 3-2 including a goal from Keanu Marsh Brown, Webb was on bench. Still top of National North. Good luck to them, been done over by their previous manager, enjoyed my trips to Gloucester back in the day and so good to seem them finally back home.

Re: News regarding ex County players
For a team in the League 1 play off mix Ipswich are shite. Not much to fear based on this game.
Re: News regarding ex County players
Regan Poole took the first penalty for MK Dons in the shoot out AET and scored, but his side lost.

Good, or the Swans may have been kicked out of the cup seeing as Brandon is cup-tied.

I’m probably in the minority but I’d have him back in a heartbeat .

With you on this one looks a decent prospect
Re: News regarding ex County players
Decent player but,he has issues.Remember,he had a strop when he was an unused sub, then he came on in another with just 4 minutes of injury time to go and could have had two bookings.Carlisle and now PV letting go shows his attitude isn't right.

Yeah your not wrong ..... but that second half against Bury after Matt had gone off just leads me to believe there’s something there .... but as you say time might be running out for him ... penny needs to drop.

Wilfred Bony and Jordan Green in training today.
I think we'll sign Green but Bony more than likely just here for fitness.

Hope we don't waste our time with Green, he's fast for sure, but never looked like he could score or assist, his goa scoring record is testament to the fact a goal scorer (which we need) he ain't.

Green is in my opinion a right winger , and if we played with a right winger he would be behind Wilmott.
As we dont play a 4-4-2 using wingers I wouldnt play either as first choice to start.
Save the wage and get a better player we need in other areas of the team
