Surprised to find the shop and ticket office closed today with a home match tomorrow?

Is he injured again? Has he actually started a game since he went there?

A friend of mine was also there I believe trying to order hospitality for tomorrow (been in the states for a month) went to the Rugby shop and they gave him a number to ring but there was no answer!
Old chap sweeping outside shop, asked him why ticket office was shut and he just shrugged.

Very poor from a professional lge 2 club.
Perhaps buy online and print off. We can't be losing fans.we need the fans behind the team for what will be a big 3pts tomorrow night.

I called in at 10.45 all the shutters were down. Thought maybe I was a bit early so came back at 1.00 and everything was shut still.
Shutters down.
Not good and nothing to say why or when it would be open.

In that case, that's absolutely awful. Have a word with the CEO - heads should roll.

I've been caught out too. Also left message for someone to telephone me 2 weeks ago and had no response. Is it time for us to go back and ask WRU to share the main shop and ticket office in Bisley? As a league club we need this open full time. It should not be hit and miss to access a shop/ticket facility. All I want to do is spend money to help the club, it should be easy to do so, not difficult. Regardless of this I fully appreciate all the efforts of the volunteers in the shop and ticket office. Just wish more consistency on opening/closing times.

Joint office is the way forward , the present facilities and opening times are poor. Imho a new joint ticketing system and an extended shop are the answer. Under the new regime that should be possible.

Maybe these hours should be made a 'stickie' on this message board.
