I doubt we will see 7,000 actually at the game on Wednesday. There are always some people who have bought a ticket but when the day comes, cannot make it to the match as we saw with our sold out match at home. I'd have thought a greater percentage will encounter problems with a midweek away game.

Has anyone blamed Twm Barlwm erupting yet, or a tsunami up the Usk?

Perhaps people can now understand the frustrations of the exiled fans, trying to get through on one phone line whilst hearing of people grabbing handful of tickets that we now have PROOF they were being overbought.

It's hardly a surprise, it's pretty much a given that it's what the club intended. All you needed to do was find someone local to get one for you.

Be lucky to get 6500.

You honestly think it's pretty much a given that it's what the club intended? To have tickets resurface a few hours after the deadline, onto an uncontrolled market and let people who couldn't get down in person rely on verbal pledges of tickets and swaps, however well intended?

The club felt it was appropriate to give every season ticket holder 4 tickets, did you think that was so they could go 4 times?

For the same reason as they sold 50 tickets pre-sale to a sponsor. The club were fully aware that they would not sell out.

By the way the club did the right thing in selling to sponsors, they were right to sell four to season ticket holders. It is just a shame that they didn't have the gumption to say look lads there are plenty of tickets, don't panic.
