I was saying this on the way home. Day was my MOTM but Bennett played really well, one of, if not, his best performance I've seen him play.wattsville_boy wrote:Already voted earlier on the thread (for Day) but I must admit I think Bennett is currently the best he's been for County...
Re: MOM Wembley
62If he had a bit of pace, similarly Padraig they would be so much better than they are.
Must be our 2 slowest players but fair do's they both tried last night.

Re: MOM Wembley
63Has to be Joe Day. Thought Butler had a good game, unlucky with the goal.
Pipe did well second half and was one of the only players to get stuck in.
For me everyone else was below par, allowed Spurs to play and didn't get stuck in. Even the reporter from the Times said we have Lamela too much space.
Nouble, Wilmott and Labadie were awful first half, only Labadie improved. Wilmott looked like he froze rather than try and raise his game, didn't try to go past anyone all night.

Re: MOM Wembley
66Can you not remove Rigg or Cole etc.I being an anorak, would like to see the full table at the end, just for the completist sake.
Re: MOM Wembley
67Agreed, also useful to know which part-season players have done better than ones who've had a whole year to not make an impact.Percy plunkett wrote:Can you not remove Rigg or Cole etc.I being an anorak, would like to see the full table at the end, just for the completist sake.
You can dump Joe Quigley's points though, even now I'd have done better than him.
Re: MOM Wembley
68Will put them back on after next results are finalised.
Quigley didn't obtain any points similarly to lots of others so far this season.
