In regard to your last question I would suggest possibly all his signings that have featured for us this season as until the recent hiccup we were on for a possible play off place.
Could you have said that last season.
Did most of those play against FGR and Chesterfield.
Flynny has to get them playing like that every week then who knows play offs still not out of site just yet.

We looked less likely to score with nouble and Jackson upfront than we did first half with maclausky and armond. I can think of 3 decent chances first half but only one second half.

Notts county’s defence was more compact at the end when Jackson and nouble played

Amond and Mccoulsky had no decent service to work with,just balls lumped in their general direction.What has happened to the flowing moves and support that was the Spurs first half.

The five January signings.Three unused subs and two not in squad.Sheehan and Collins have done the biz for us before,Hayes has looked useful in his cameo roles and Osabade had a good debut although he tired.Why are they not being used?.As bad as Frank has been,he still got on ahead of Hayes and Marlon has as well.I've said before,Hayes could play a big role for us.

Anyhoo, the buck stops with Flynny, he picks the players, the formation & tactics, decides who and when to substitute etc...
As always in football, when things are going well the players and management lap up the praise and plaudits, when things are going bad it's all social medias fault...
