We need someone to win headers,hold the ball and be in the face of those big nasty CB's.Hayes is that man.His presence will make chances for Amond and when he tires later in the game,Mccousky can come on and get back to scoring goals.Jackson is only useful in short cameos.

Under the previous managers he was hopeless but Flynny has seen and got more out of him despite a few horrible frustrating injuries.
