After trying to explain 3 times that MOM voting is now closed is not the same as "end of discussion" I really hope you are not another that does not appreciate the difference.
Thanks for joining Cornish and Exiles little gang.
Happy days mate.

'little gang' ? how old are you? He pointed out that you insulted him instead of debating the point and I pointed out that you were being a hypocrite (yet again) as you whine like a stuck pig and say things like 'cut out the insults' if someone insults you ... Simple.

Happy days.
Cheers,

What I said was 'writing 'end of discussion' makes you sound arrogant'. I didn't say the person was arrogant but did say that what he said made him sound arrogant. So in my view your contention in making this statement is simply wrong. To for no reason and with no context call me arrogant, is of course insulting.

I wasn't going to comment because frankly I have been called an awful lot worse and it doesn't worry me. Why I comment now is on your contention that you don't insult people. You do. If I came on here and complained about people being rude to me I would be a hypocrite. It's a funny thing on this board, the outrage of people who happily give it out yet complain and whine like stuck pigs when they get it back.

It's simple everything is down to me and you
Blimey if plonker gets somebody upset the crap me and you put up with must be suitable for a custodial offence
Once again
Great fun

Now the ITC can only be done in the transfer window.

If Hayes was unregistered why would he require international clearance?

As someone who's moved from Wales to England and been registered to play football in both, I actually read the regulations about that a while back.

(At least in 2006 when I last checked) if you are registered and then don't have a contract, you have to wait 3 years for any previous international registration to be void. This is to prevent players "retiring" just to change countries and sign somewhere else. Of course that can happen earlier if the ITC is granted.

At the point where I see a regulation which says the International Transfer Certificate can only be granted during a transfer window I'll be happy that that is what happened, and the Hemel thing is a red herring. I'm sure the regulations are online somewhere, I just haven't seen confirmation of the ITC being held to the transfer window period.

The FA recorded that Hayes registration with Wycombe Wanderers was cancelled by mutual consent on 29/08/2017

The FA have never recorded Hayes as being registered with Hemel Hempstead

While the FIFA regulations allow for the registration of players outside the registration (transfer) windows where the contract has expired prior to the end of a registration period, they also state that at the very latest, the ITC must be requested by the new association on the last day of the registration period of the new association.

Thanks, that's sorted then.

Also, there's a timeline of Hayes leaving Wycombe, with an article which is incredibly glowing of him and certainly suggests he didn't walk out (29 August) https://www.wycombewanderers.co.uk/news ... -the-club/

Being "announced" as "joining" Hemel in their local paper (22 Sep) http://nonleague.pitchero.com/transfers ... ns-tudors/

Being announced as not having signed for Hemel yet actually (28 Sep) https://www.hemeltoday.co.uk/sport/foot ... -1-8172826 [why isn't clear]

Article on 18 October noting that Hayes has been playing for Hemel (and has signed for County via Linkedin etc): https://www.getwestlondon.co.uk/sport/f ... 779219.amp - which is incorrect, because Hayes didn't play for them...

As this article saying Hayes "had't played a game" for Hemel from 7 November confirms: http://www.dai-sport.com/17505-2/

No idea why Hayes doesn't appear on this list though: http://www.faw.cymru/en/about-faw/domestic/itc-report/

Anyway, after all that, here are the FA's regulations on ITC. http://www.thefa.com/-/media/files/thef ... ashx?la=en

It doesn't mention the transfer window, however it does mention that "Players who are registering as professionals are required to follow a different process, and the ITC request
must be made through the FIFA TMS system" - which may be how County got caught out. Hayes leaving Wycombe may have meant he was not a registered professional (and joining a semi-pro club wouldn't have changed that anyway, and as a result he may have needed to register via the FIFA transfer system, which would only operate during the Transfer Window.

Maybe.

Good to hear:-

Everyone at Newport County AFC was delighted to hear that supporter Colin Jones is back on his feet and recovering well following a nasty fall at our recent away game vs Yeovil Town.

Colin was given excellent care at Huish Park and taken to hospital for a check-up after it was revealed he had sustained an injury to his head.

The Supporters Club have reimbursed Colin for the cost of his travel to the game and have offered him a free seat on the coach for an upcoming away match.

Everyone at the Club would like to wish Colin well in his continued recovery. We hope to see him back in the stands soon!

Looked really nasty at the time.
