Last season's game against Crewe Alexandra, was on a Saturday, 20th August, and was our second home FL game of the season. It attracted a total attendance of 2268, broken down as : Newport 1984 + Crewe 284...
This was at normal prices, on a Saturday....

This season, going into the Crewe game, the average attendance is: 3368, broken down as Newport 3111 + Away fans 257...

So we'll note with interest the affect the £5.00 per person offer has on today's attendance, compared to the average, and also to last season's Crewe game. It would be nice to see 400+ from Crewe, and 4600+ from Newport......

EDIT* Point of interest: up to this point in time,the average number of County fans at home FL games is 22.9% up on last season's full season average of 2531.
