Obviously a talented lad but needs motivation to play ( eg after a new contract = 2 decent displays recently .- most of the season poor)...Give him a low basic with incentives to boost his wage.... ( win bonuses , goal bonuses, performance related ( minimum 6 out of 10 in managers views per game )
