I think this is a very vibrant board,giving exiled fans a closer connection to the club and what's going on. People can ask questions and get a range of answers / info in return.
Sometimes the more "scandalous" posts seem to ramble on a bit, but I tend to switch off after a while, but I know others like to discuss the finer points, down to the definition of a particular word.....but that's OK, nobody is forced to read them.
I usually read every topic ONCE then only revisit it, if it's something I want to follow along with.

As you're probably aware, I enjoy facts & figures, but not every one does, but then, everyone isn't forced to read them, it's all about choice. A choice that wouldn't be there if the board ceased to exist.
Back in the days before social media, this board was a godsend to most fans.

You're alright Theale, at least here we don't sell your data to Cambridge Analytica and target ads at you based on your google search history.

There's a simple solution to your not enjoying the subject matter though and that's to simply not use this forum.

I'm sure theale is sitting back having a laugh at the furore his ridiculous suggestion is causing.

The best response to his generally negative views is to ignore them.

Not on bookface or tritter, too busy watching home games...

I'm on FB all the time and twitter practically never, but that County Chat page is bloody awful. I took one look and unfollowed straight away.

I've got County Chat set up so I'm only notified if someone who is already a Friend on FB posts there, works for me.
