I've had a few of these to do over the last couple weeks, and I've just had to do the one for Newport County. All my days! What a palarver. I had to keep proving I am human, then it told me my password was wrong, so I had to follow a link to log in. I think I'm all sorted now, and frankly if I'm not, then it's tough!

You're lucky. I had two. I couldn't submit the second one because it said my email address had already been used! These were two different ones to be clear. Crazy.

Edit - just checked my emails. One was from Newport County AFC. The other was from NCAFCTRUST Trust. I know the difference but I could not submit both because the email address had already been taken. Que???

I've made similar comment on the survey thread - in the current climate of needing people to commit more than ever the Trust seems to have chosen a particularly time consuming 'opt-in' process that I haven't seen anywhere else.

I gave up on it and that's when using a computer - imagine trying to complete it on a phone. ...

This could be a disaster in the making.

I've done it now by phone - it's quite confusing and the captcha code kept defaulting an error with a message that my details were already in use, but then another email appears saying reset my password.

I've not had any other like this from any other membership or registration.

All done, living miles from the port it is nice to have regular email updates.

I was asked for a username but no space for password so where does that go?
