It was in his plans to leave I know MK Dons were very interested in him. Agree Neil excellent manager who has been loyal to the club. He probably thought it was time to move and was best for all parties.

They said in the commentary on the playoff final that he was put on notice 18 months ago when they were struggling, Apparently their constitution doesn't allow the trust to make payoffs and his contract had two years to run, so he stayed put and got on with it. Things improved and they now wanted him to stay, but he wouldn't re-sign.

Just appointed ex. Exeter player Matt Taylor interesting choice a bit like County and Flynn which certainly has worked thus far.
