That article is dated September 2017, the Gloucestershire live one May 2018. I guess Dale is playing his rich man games.

I don't know if FGR are slashing the wage budget but they've already made 4 new signings.

Edit: 5 now with the signing of Welsh International George Williams on a 2yr deal.

Ah, the plans were changed and not dropped - I had heard different, so apologies.
