Probably will be miles out but it's all a good bit of fun and I may win some money you never know.

How many on here will be watching the second semi on the tele and who will go to Spytty for the Bristol City friendly.

a point for Germany ! I don't think many would have guessed the Belgian score, puts pressure on England

I sat down to watch the second half of Sweden v Germany full of hope that the Swedes could hold on to their lead but by the end I couldn’t begrudge the Germans their win. Great 45 minutes of football.

The Swedes sat back and at times had everyone behind the ball.They cleared upfield but with no one there it just came back.They invited pressure and panicked as it got nearer the end.I seem to remember someone else playing those tactics last season,oh yes,it was us.

There was a clear foul and penalty, but the the Polish ref ignored Sweden and didn’t request VAR.

The ref doesn't request VAR. VAR review the incident regardless and inform the ref if he has made a mistake or whether they think he should take a look at the monitor to decide.

The goal by Panama might change the World Cup because it brought England's goal difference back to the same as Belgium's. Since both have scored the same number of goals, if they draw with one another in the final group game they will have to be separated by a count of red and yellow cards or even by drawing lots.

And if we draw lots and come second it'll be the refs fault

It was like Wales v San Marino. Hard to get too excited by.

Don't forget that Panama finished ahead of USA to qualify for the WC. As for San Marino - Have they ever won a game ?

I honestly think that we could give Panama a game both at football or wrestling if they preferred - they were shocking. England look like they’ll have a very good World Cup, apart from Mexico, Belgium, Spain, Brazil , France and Croatia who could stop them? Apart from Germany of course
