Re: Stoke City Tickets
19Morning All, Bisley only for Stoke friendly? Hazell tickets not available on website.
Re: Stoke City Tickets
20That's not unusual for matches where only small crowds are expected, to save unnecessary stewarding etc costs. Don't we normally do the same for the mickey mouse (checkatrade) cup matches?
Re: Stoke City Tickets
21Thanks County Exile, just checking, me and my son always sit in Hazell, never been in Bisley!! a new experience to look forward to!
Re: Stoke City Tickets
22I think we did it for at least one Checkatrade game last season. Capacity must be what, 2,000-ish? Should be ample for Stoke U23s. Gate of a few hundred?

24Good tip, But i notice rain forecast for Saturday? Therefore don't opt for first 4 rows either, you actually could get wet?County Exile wrote:hycnfc wrote:-

Re: Stoke City Tickets
25The sun in eyes problem is one of the reasons we sit in Hazell, that and the nostalgia for old style stands and the atmosphere helped by the County Choir!
Looking forward to seeing at least some of the new signings in action before the season starts

Re: Stoke City Tickets
28I have sent 2 emails to the club office email address asking when season tickets will be available (or sent out for those of us that paid extra to have them delivered) but no reply!
Re: Stoke City Tickets
29I have been involved with businesses where, when things are going badly, a siege mentality sets in. Without firm leadership employees hide from the criticism, cease contacting the source of the enquiry hoping the problem will go away. It never does.
From the outside, County's current performance has all the hallmarks of that problem.

Re: Stoke City Tickets
30Three or four seasons ago, I responded to a call from the club for volunteers to get all the season tickets in envelopes with labels for posting in the last few days before the opening match. Six or seven of us spent a whole day doing it. I just hope that arrangements are in hand this year. I'm now assuming that they'll become available between the Mansfield and Crewe games, but that will mean that those like me who will come in from out of Newport may all pitch up to collect them around lunchtime. Lord knows how it will play out if everyone has to be given a matchday paper ticket.
