We need to consider our academy recruitment at younger age end - the only success we have had from it has come from picking other clubs releases towards the end of their academy period - Evans- Collins - Poole.

Given that the "other clubs" he's getting the youngsters from are Premier League and Championship clubs, this shouldn't really be a surprise.
