As of 06:56 this morning companies house showed these officers as active members of the board, some thing just does not add up.

That`s a minor issue, what is interesting is the accounts, £200k + via full shares (not community shares) was raised, so who bought into the club or who was paid off??? in other words where did that money go.

Those shares were issued to the Trust. It is how the club paid the Trust for the money raised through the community shares.
Supporters raise the money by buying community shares in the Trust
The Trust loaned that money to the club
The club repaid the loan from the Trust in shares in the club
The Trust now owns a larger percentage of the overall shares in the club.

Some where amongst all this fake news it was suggested that the 2 named person`s may have resigned upto 2 months ago, perhaps this may well prove to be incorrect.
