Re: Labadie
2Good. We set a bad precedent there, allowing a player that has rejected a contract to use our facilities for free.

Re: Labadie
4If it is part of the prescribed treatment for his injury, we are contractually obliged to do so for up to 18 months after expiry of his contract.
Re: Labadie
8Decent player but too injury prone for a small squad and disciplinary a major problem also, all the best Labs except of course when you play us
Re: Labadie
10The Argus saying he’s still training with us. I guess officially he is no longer a county player.
Re: Labadie
11Great, so we could be stuck with this hanger on until 2020!Amberexile wrote:If it is part of the prescribed treatment for his injury, we are contractually obliged to do so for up to 18 months after expiry of his contract.
Re: Labadie
12I can't see County having to pay him any longer so all is well in terms of money. I can't see many clubs taking Jim on with that kind of injury as no clubs have spare cash
Re: Labadie
13We don't have to pay him but we do need to have medical insurance that will cover his prescribed rehabilitation for an injury sustained while he was under contract to us for up to 18 months after the contract terminates. So potentially to the end of 2019.
Re: Labadie
14I like the fact that as a club we look after our ex players. I’d like to think we would help any of them during and after their career.
