2Yeovil had three call-ups - one for Benin, one for Luxembourg and I don't know the other.
Edit: One for Ireland U21.

3It wasn’t half convenient for them as they had 6 players injured.George Street-Bridge wrote:Yeovil had three call-ups - one for Benin, one for Luxembourg and I don't know the other.

4Obviously with my incredible gift of hindsight it was best that we played yesterday rather than had a game postponed until the weather conditions will probably be worst.countymadbel wrote:Why didn't they play yesterday didn't say anything about insufficient players?

5I'd add that when you're winning you want to keep that run going. But as Yeovil have also been going well recently they could have preferred playing the game too...OLDCROMWELLIAN wrote:Obviously with my incredible gift of hindsight it was best that we played yesterday rather than had a game postponed until the weather conditions will probably be worst.countymadbel wrote:Why didn't they play yesterday didn't say anything about insufficient players?
Re: Weevil v OK dons
6I suspect the 6 on the injury was the biggest factor in the game being postponed. wouldn't we do the same?
Re: Weevil v OK dons
7I am sure that was also on MF’s mind, but unlike Yeovil we couldn’t muster the 3 international call ups, still it worked out ok in the end.OLDCROMWELLIAN wrote:I suspect the 6 on the injury was the biggest factor in the game being postponed. wouldn't we do the same?

8They have a first-team squad of 28 including two youth teamers and the goalkeeping coach who has been on the bench recently.

9Surprised to hear that ,as they were claiming to have one of the smallest budgets in the league last season. 10I was told that Darren Way has been given an increased budget for this season.OLDCROMWELLIAN wrote:Surprised to hear that ,as they were claiming to have one of the smallest budgets in the league last season. Re: Weevil v OK dons
11I have written the profiles for the programme and they do look much stronger on paper than in previous seasons.
Re: Weevil v OK dons
13The manager said after they made their last signing of the loan window that "the owner and chairman must take all the credit for this move coming to fruition", so it sounds like this one at least is on top of their planned budget.
