Re: MOM Met Police
2I was not there today , so don't count this as a vote, but Robbie seemed to fire in some cracking crosses. Two assists?
Re: MOM Met Police
4Amond for me too, worked hard, took his chances well (except the early one on one where it bent wide at the last second) and too many defensive errors to consider any of the defence really.

6Good Morning
For me it’s Joe Day,
A clean sheet in such awful conditions for a goalkeeper.
A fantastic reflex save just before halftime when we were on the ropes and looking in trouble. (We scored shortly after emphasising the importance)
After spilling one corner trying to catch it he quickly adjusted to punching all other crosses.

Re: MOM Met Police
8Joe Day for me - we were horrendous first half and could have been well out of it!
Re: MOM Met Police
9That's interesting - how people have a different take on the game. MF said that we should have scored 8. Odd.Justanordinaryfan wrote:Joe Day for me - we were horrendous first half and could have been well out of it!
Re: MOM Met Police
10Robbie's crosses were bang on the money but Matt did not make the most of them with weak headers and getting the ball tangled in his long legs, I will go for Robbie Wilmott.

11That sounds messy .......Loyalfoot wrote:I agree Joe Day pulled it off several times and the conditions were shocking.
Re: MOM Met Police
12I'd say Joe Day. Robbie had a very good game, but you could argue that they afforded him a lot more space than he is accustomed to.
Re: MOM Met Police
13Read again - I said first half we were horrendous - I think that 6 of the 8 Flynn’s was referring to were in the second half when they’d run out of steam.pembsexile wrote:That's interesting - how people have a different take on the game.
