Basically, it uses your recipe. They also put it on the BT Sport website, although I haven't looked there this season.

MOTD is a 90 minute programme with seven or eight games normally.Quest is only 90 minutes including adverts and there is normally 36 games to show.Lack of time really to do justice to everyone.Maybe they should do a 60 minute L1 and L2 show every week,not just when there is no Championship.The ads are a pain but they need advertising revenue so we are stuck with them.Not seen the Vanarama show so can't comment on that.
