I'm assuming it's because your last yearly payment was one year ago? and in order to continue as a member you will need to contribute to a monthly subscription. Or have i got it wrong?

I find myself in the same boat as you, however I don’t think our membership has been cancelled only that it won’t be renewed without first subscribing to one of the new rates. At least I hope that is the case.

Just posted on twitter by trust:-
Members on the old annual membership may have received emails saying their GoCardless payments have been cancelled.

Please note this does not have any effect on your current membership or benefits.

We will make an official communication to clarify the situation in the morning
