Could be a loophole in that which benefits our club ie maintain the ground but at what cost (to a potentially absent WRU landlord down the line).

Is the term in the vote also in a contract - is it legally binding etc. I would have thought NRFC legal fan(s) base/lawyers would have ensured such otherwise it was just words.
