Thinking along similar lines. I appreciate fractures are individual, but having once (in the 70s coincidentally) suffered a fractured cheekbone from a similar incident I remember the pain being extreme and lasting for some considerable time. Could we be seeing him play in one of those 'lone ranger' type masks.
