Re: Bakinson
2I thought he was outstanding when he first signed, but somehow seems to of been 'dragged down' to league two standards , scared to try any thing in case it goes wrong, too often heading instead of playing and bringing it down like he can. Whatever the reasons, glad he's signed and hopefully he can go on to find his old form and lord knows we need bodies in their with the usual crocks out.
Re: Bakinson
3I’m glad we’ve got him too : he’s only a young lad and to be fair he hasn’t had a whole lot of help and advice from fellow midfield players has he? Needs an old head ( if ever any of them are fit ) to play alongside him to guide him through a game. He has sometimes had to bite off more than he can chew. The NCFC Hippy wrote:I thought he was outstanding when he first signed, but somehow seems to of been 'dragged down' to league two standards , scared to try any thing in case it goes wrong, too often heading instead of playing and bringing it down like he can. Re: Bakinson
7Happy with this. Nice one Tyreeq.
Seems to be getting a lot of stick lately but looking at the stats he has 1 goal and 5 assists (joint top with Butler and Amond).
That's 1 goal and 2 more assists than our right winger

Re: Bakinson
8The fact that he played Sunday made it obvious that he had extended his stay, otherwise he would have gone back like Harris before the game.
Re: Bakinson
9I agree, he's experienced a poor run of form recently, as has the team as a whole, apart from Sunday.
However, there is an old saying "Form is temporary but class is permanent" and I really believe he has all the makings of a class act.

Re: Bakinson
10Just let him play his game. I get the impression that a lot of his form loss is to do with being told to take the risks out of his game. Players like him need to be able to express themselves.
Re: Bakinson
11I believe the majority realise he has the potential to make a positive contribution during the remainder of the season. Realising your potential however is often one of the most difficult things in life to achieve.
