1Whether it be as Newport County, Newport AFC or Newport County AFC, what season did we last get relegated?...from what division down to what division, and what Pyramid tiers were they at the time?....

7It was before conference South etc we where in Southern premier which the champions went into Conference that season I remember Cheltenham went up because the champions I can't remember now ground wasn't up to scratch

9Remember some fun and games at the Cheltenham away game under the old grandstand. Think we drew 0-0, and then as it turned out if we had beaten Hastings at home on the last day we would've been reprieved but got totally dicked 0-3 (or is that 3-0?).

10Burton Albion and Crawley Town in the same division. On another topic, discussions took place regarding ambition, etc., look where Burton are now, and have been recently.

12Just been looking at County's record in the 2003/04 season, where we had to qualify for the formation of the new conference south, and a few questions come to mind.
- why weren't Merthyr given a place in the conference south league?
- why did County play a friendly match v a Man Utd XI in March, 2004?

13Only the teams in the top half of the Southern League Premier Division qualified for the Conference South. Man Utd had promised to send a team to play the County. I can't remember why
We had a young lad from Newport sign for there youth team we where a feeder team for them at the time
