Hope someone on here can give some clarification please.
Went to the club shop on Friday to purchase Middlesbrough/Exeter tickets and asked the question about a refund for the mk dons rearranged fixture due to not being able to attend due to working as i work shifts.
Was told I wouldn't be able to get a refund.
Any ideas as the county website states you can get a refund.
Any help would be appreciated.

Wasn't it pointed out that the MK tickets where for priority for Leicester game and no refunds could be issued

I remember that it was said that MKDons tickets that were used to obtain priority Leicester tickets would not be refunded.I presume that if the ticket was not used for that purpose that it should be refunded.

I think the arrangement was that if the ticket had been used as a priority option for a Leicester City ticket, then a refund wouldn't be available after that date. This was to stop people jumping ahead of the general sale but not intending to go to the MK Dons match.

My Dons ticket was marked with a letter L by the ticket office when I purchased my Leicester ticket. I assumed this was to stop me getting a refund.

Took my MK Dons ticket back to the Kingsway Shop on Wednesday. It had not been used to get a Leicester ticket. Got a refund without any problem at all.
