Chance for the team who rose to the occasion on Tuesday to play at that level in the league.

For me the play-offs are still a realistic target.

We can't blame distractions now - we can't beat Man City ( can we? ) so we must now give it our all in the league.

Up the County.

We can't lose to Manchester City.

Everyone remembers Colchester 3-2 Leeds in 1970. Everyone of an earlier generation remembered Yeovil 1-0 Sunderland.

Nobody remembers that in the following rounds Colchester shipped 6 at Everton or that Yeovil conceded 8 at Manchester United. It's all about money v Manchester City. I think our chances of reaching the sixth round are realistically miniscule. It is possible but it would be the greatest ever Cup shock.

Today is a test of character. We know we have the ability to play at this level and above. Two games against top tier two teams, a chance to prove we have the character.

Good Afternoon!

Here we go then with a dose of reality after all the excitement of ticket mania. As we are so good nowadays a 4-0 win seems very likely and will pay for next Saturdays trip to Newport!

Really good first half. Mansfield decent side going forward but we created loads of chances.
Willmott having an absolute stormer, referee is utter shite.

Delighted for Robbie. Contract extension seems to have worked wonders. Another one second half please Robbie!
