Sad new to the local football scene and a nice man

RIP Don

I was gutted when I heard about this the other week .
My first ever football coach with Cromwell Youth
Should've been recognised more for what he did for the youth of Newport and football in the local area .

RIP Don

What a sincere and genuine man he was, I played junior football for Cromwell in the mid and late 1970's, and must say he was an absolute credit to both Cromwell and the Newport & District F.L.
