Which rather begs the question as to how useful the warm up is anyway.

A generation ago, teams just came out at five to three and passed the ball around to each other during the coin toss. Now they are out for half an hour sprinting, playing five-a-sides, practicing jumping, heading etc, and using up a lot of energy in the process. Surely that is energy they haven't got in the last twenty minutes when many games are won and lost.

Anyone know how the science works on this?

Each to their own ... but I just don’t get the obsession with em. Even in the midst of our cup run, some of us were posting on their forum giving it large?

And just in case anyone asks - yes, I’ve seen practically all our games there, inc this years cup match, so I get the rivalry, ..... when we play them!

Promoted on merit, maybe.

Unfortunately, their fans consider themselves "too big a club" for non-league football and still haven't got over Wembley '13.
One of their supporters believes that they are the biggest Club outside the Championship.
