As I posted on another thread, I got through on my 107th engaged attempt. After 4 minutes of phone ringing it got answered. Glad I held on. Excellent staff and got ticket sorted swiftly. Seems to be easier getting tickets this time. Hope those waiting on a call back don't have to hang around too long.

Can now relax and stroll around Whitby until next steam train back to holiday home.
