Re: Good Luck
3Thank you for that and the same to you. Burning question though, which team will County and Tranmere legend John Aldridge be supporting? I’d say he would edge towards you being a local boy.
Re: Good Luck
4Cheers guys, have to agree about Aldo as you said a local lad so think he'll be rooting for us. All things considered though not a bad position to be in for him sure he'll be happy either way.

7He lodged in a house at the top of Caldicot Street . My mum used to be a rep for Littlewoods Football Coupons , and every Friday teatime as a kid , I used to go with her to collect people's coupon money ! First visit was always Aldo and I used to stay there for ages taking all things County .
He used to have a massive DULUX dog that I'd see in the back garden as our garden backed onto the house where he lodged .
Absolute County and Liverpool legend .

8I thought it was Howard Goddard who had the Old English Sheepdog, or maybe they both did? Lol

I think you got that wrong Corpaboy. J.A was my neighbour on Cromwell Road. He lodged with a lovely elderly lady there while playing for the County.
