Those who make a living out of litigation only ever see contracts, leases etc as a source of dispute - they are oblivious to the vast majority of contracts, leases etc that proceed and renew/conclude through reasonable undertaking of the parties, with informal 'give and take' along the way.

Had the same kind of comments from you know who when our RP lease agreement was being discussed some time ago - responses always based on dispute-driven case law and court rulings, but never acknowledging that the majority of disputes are resolved long before the legal vultures get to pick over the carcass..............
