Does anyone have any idea when season tickets, purchased after the initial collection date, can be collected?

Been waiting for two weeks for correspondence from the club, but received none. They seem to have not prioritised, or forgotten about this, with the whole West Ham fixture ($) in the offing.

For the Mansfield game they give me and the lad a printed ticket and was assuming the same if they hadn't been delivered, but heard nothing about today's game, anyone else in a similar position?

Bought ours after the mansfield game as was on holiday and have printed tickets for today's game but was told that the cards should be ready to collect today from ticket office over RP, probably won't be and I'll be in the same boat come Tuesday for priority

I've called and spoken to Jeff, who's assured me that they'll be ready to collect today from RP ticket office.

Would have been nice to be notified though, rather than having to chase it over the past few days.

There was someone collecting theirs from the RP ticket office (far right window) earlier when I bought my ticket for this afternoon. Hope this helps.

I’ve just been along to pick up my tickets for this afternoon and their were a few people collecting season tickets.
