Hi ugo
I did have couple of issues early on. But just signed out and back in and been fine since.
Might be worth trying again now?

17Thanks Phil, just tried again and unfortunately no luck, get message saying connection error
Re: iFollow Videos
18I'm also getting a connection error. Tried ringing the iFollow contact number but the office is closed, despite their website saying it is open until 10pm. I will ring them tomorrow. I wonder if I'll get the £10 refundedUgo. wrote:Thanks Phil, just tried again and unfortunately no luck, get message saying connection error

Re: iFollow Videos
22Must have been very frustrating.I watched it on ifollow and they will struggle to find anything to show on Quest tomorrow so,you didn't miss much if that's any consolation.
Re: iFollow Videos
23Watched on an iPad and impressed. No breaks in reception and the single camera is fine, in some respects preferable to having too many angles. Loads of stats on screen through half-time. Tim did the commentary, which was delivered from the same side as the video. I'll be back.
Re: iFollow Videos
24Watched on my PC without any breaks and good quality video. Much improved from last season with the regular action replays (not that there was much action to replay last night) which we didn't have last season.
Re: iFollow Videos
25I tried to use Ifollow for the first time last night and couldn't get connected on a laptop. Someone on here was enquiring about a refunds please let me know as I want to try the same.

26Did you get through to them? How did you get on? I've emailed but no answer.Blackandamber wrote:I'm also getting a connection error. Re: iFollow Videos
27I rang the contact number on the iFollow website. Got recorded message which said for technical problems use the online chat button at the bottom right of website. Tried that. An agent replied and told me I had to email iFollow. Got a reply to my emailwhich said to use online chat (again). Told them I'd already been re-directed from there to email. Then asked me to email further details including which team I supported so they could trace my account. I haven't heard anything since.
Re: iFollow Videos
28I did you same as you last night. Sent 2 emails but no reply yet. Still waiting.
Re: iFollow Videos
29They're not fans of giving out refunds - I was at the London Stadium when last season's crucial Morecambe game was on. I forked out for match commentary and wasn't able to connect due to the number of users in the stadium. Not only didn't I get a refund, I didn't know I'd signed up for the recurring service (during the summer, FFS) and I ended up paying for it for 3 months despite there being no more League matches and no match commentaries during the close season. No refund offered.
Good luck.
Good luck.
