Moving to the Welsh system seems to have benefited Colwyn Bay - but Wrexham have a few more years before they're playing at the level they were.

Hmm I have a feeling more than a few of their fans might disagree. The equivalent level in terms of crowds, standard of football etc. to the welsh prem in the English pyramid is surely far below the conference?!

I’m sure that their fans’ opinion on this would be the same as ours - absolutely no way! If they wanted to kill their fan base, this would be the way to do it.

The person touting this idea is a football pundit on S4C. Probably part of his contract. Not remotely likely to happen. Wrexham will, if they scrape clear of relegation this season, settle into being a mid table team for a few more years. Promising start but falling away after a dozen games, they know the routine quite well.
