Scott & Josh deserve a mention but some awful performances today

Haynes, always going forward and looking for something.

Indeterminate performance.OB kept us in it with one headed clearance at the back stick,and a great block when their guy ran through unchallenged after that.Was tempted to give it to Nurse but,it wouldn't have mattered without OB's defensive skills.OB for me.

Bennett was excellent but I’ll go with Nurse for that absolute screamer

Sheehan. Only player on the park willing to take a touch and look for a pass.

Bennett for me. Showed much needed composure, and intelligence to push into midfield when needed and provide an extra option. O'Brien and Sheehen only others worthy of a mention in a tentative and below par team performance

Scot Bennett.
Steady throughout, great work rate.
Good performances from O'B, Hawkins and Robbie Wilmott.
No punch from the forwards and little openings given them by midfield.
What we need is a fast and skilful winger producing decent centres for Podge and Matt.
We had two on the field (Wilmott and Corey Whiteley- but they did not appear in wing position very often

Sheehan for me. He seemed to be the one that was continually trying something, didn't stop all the time he was on the pitch. Apart from Bennet, OB and Haynes, to me, all the others seemed off their game. If Nurse would have been on longer he could have had it.

Sheehan today played well again. Back to his best. Excellent outlet for our defence when in tight corners or under pressure. Mention for Benno too - mopped up at the back well particularly first half.

Can't decide between Bennett and Sheehan.

If pushed I'll give to Bennett - same reasons as above.

Bennett - calm at the back and always looking to try and get the ball moving constructively.

Haynes for me. Always a threat going forward, rarely caught out at the back, always looking to get involved in the action, looks like Ben Stokes. What more can you say?
