Good Evening!
Has anyone else done the quiz on the club website? I thought it a very good idea, fun to do and interesting way it works.
Ashamed to say I only got 4/10!
Extra homework required!
No googling allowed, see how you do!

Re: County Quiz
9Reminded me of the mark and comments I used to get for my homework in school. Must try harder 3/10.
Re: County Quiz
10Just 3/10 for me, must try harder.
On the subject of quizzes, can anyone name 26 County players, past or present, whose names start with the 26 alphabet letters, eg Amond, Butler....... ?

Oh yes we had Xavi on loan from Barcelona.
Re: County Quiz
12We've definitely had a player starting with Z and I think we had a Q, deffo had a Y. For the letter X, I'll allow any player, past or current, who had the letter X somewhere in his name, or nickname.
Re: County Quiz
13Quigg we had on loan
Did we have a Chinese player for a short spell once. Did his surname begin with x or z?

Re: County Quiz
15I think Fan Zhiyi played a friendly? Although Fan is the surname.
A few years ago I did a brief quiz as part of a programme article. All are for the original club.
1. Name the three players whose surname begins with V who played for County in the league.
2. What did Peter Davies in 1964-65, Jim Delaney in 1969-70 and John Layton in 1983-84 have in common?
3. Was John Emanuel (1976-78) related to Gary (1984-85)?
4. Which post-war player had the most spells with the County?
5. Which mid-70s defender had two spells with County and moved on each time to manage a nonleague club in North Wales?
