It’s why it costs so much to sign those with the knack to put it in the net, just saw the stats eight on target to their one but only scored the pen.

Evening

Totally dire first half, not worth commenting on.

Substitutions helped and a barn storming last quarter.

No idea why he left Tristan until the third sub and would of not come on apart from taking the pen straight away.

ref awful again, even worse lino on JHazel side.

Wayne missing again sadly.

Crap crowd.

In the end a point salvaged.

Cannot remember King needing to save anything either

Haynes long throws a complete waste of time also

King 6 Okay
Haynes 8 Superb
OB 7 Battered but kept plugging away
Inniss 9 Immense
Mc Namarra 6 Okay first half
Bennett 6 Very Quiet tonight
Labs 5 Not his best game
Wilmott 6 Only for effort in last quarter.
Matt 4 Hopeless
Amond 6 Never stopped but no end product
Sheehan 8 Superb again

Whiteley 6 Can see potential
Nurse 7 Like this chap needs to start
Abrahams 8 For the Pen

We really are no where near firing still but a point clawed back in the end.

Definitely a point gained in my opinion.

Crawley looked threatening going forward although the stats suggest otherwise.

We were slow in the first half aside from a great Sheehan shot that was well saved.

Second half we came right back into it and should have won it but for some unfortunate luck hitting the post and some wry finishing.

Getting a result as Colchester won't be easy but is vital to keep pace with those at the top.

This sums up my thoughts also.

We cannot keep nicking points if we want automatic promotion.
Our luck will run out.
Once again even with our best 3 in midfield we were average at best.
Josh was superb but both Labs and Scott were not impressive.
Robbie apart from the last 15 minutes at full back was missing.
Jamille was not even at the races.
Padraig was more impressive defending but as an attacker just not on it again.
Cannot fault our defence again.
They had 1 shot on target , the pen.
Perhaps we can get Joe Ledley as apart from Josh he would walk into our side.
Think Tristan is good for 30/40 minutes second half but maybe young Collins needs a try out up front.
Midfield and our non scoring forwards need to improve or we will end up struggling for a play off place.
Just my opinion

Cheers
