Late to the party with this question, but does anyone know why we withdrew the Family Ticket offer that we've run for the last two seasons? I've only bought one a few times, but it was good value - two adults and two kids for £42. Still more expensive than an afternoon at the cinema or soft play, but better than paying full price.

Just looked now and we no longer offer it, so anyone wanting to go as a couple with two under-12s would be paying £60, which is a huge difference. I don't recall (and can't find) any information being given out to explain the rationale for pulling the ticket. Does anyone know?
