They do seem to take a different approach to some other Premier League clubs in terms of using older players as per the rules. From the programme profiles I don't think either Chelsea last season or West Ham this time did that. Leicester will be harder work.

You seem to be able to watch their U23s live for free via their club website.

How many over-age players can they use? The keeper for this one is 35.
They can name 5 over 21 players but only 2 of them can have played 40 or more first team games. There is no upper age limit for these players.
The team that played Tranmere is not too shabby.

Lots of those boys have played on loan with EFL clubs and some have long term contracts with the foxes. The lad Leshabela is a star in the making and they also have George Thomas who has 3 caps for Wales.

Strange to think that the tournament least liked by supporters and not a priority for MF could be our highlight of the season. I know we have a long way to go yet, and Leicester will be a tough nut to crack, but who knows we could end up playing Portsmouth at Wembley.

When the Cheltenham date was announced, it was also stated that if we progressed in the Trophy competition, then there would have to be another date for that fixture. We also have two others to be fitted in.

Edit. Just noticed the Grimsby away fixture now listed as Tuesday 25th Feb.
