Do not understand that at all.

Before injury was starting to look good.

Injured quite a lot and is pretty lightweight - looked like a Conference player to me, so no big loss IMO. . Hopefully somebody better awaits in the wings (if you pardon the pun).

I'm surprised also. Unless we have someone else lined up for his position? How long is his contract with us?

I think it's a good move for the player and the club. Win win really, Whitely will get regular minutes and he's also still contracted for another season.

Good luck to him.

Agree. IMHO our problem this season is too many players who can't do a consistent 90 minutes in L2 and I have him in that category.

Another player not given a real chance by Flynny.Always looked threatening when given a chance.Still I suppose we've always got Robbie to fall back on

Like so many others a total waste of effort from Flynny signing players from Non league
and giving them 2 year contracts.
Then realising not for him and pushing out on loan.
Somebody at the club should do a bit of homework.

Players are not entitled to a chance. They have to earn it

Maybe Whitely didnt do enough in training to earn that chance.

When we saw his cameos as a substitute I dont recall him knocking on the door for a starting place. He looked pretty average to me so I have no issues with him moving out on loan

In fairness I don’t think any of them deserved to come back.
