Re: Man of the Match Walsall
3Has to be a player from the defence so its Ryan Inniss for me.
Solid all night and didn't put a foot wrong.
Mentions for all the defence as well.
Up front
Total embarrassment.

Re: Man of the Match Walsall
5Gorman played v well. An easy choice for me. Neat and tidy, had time on the ball, tackled and played some great balls down the line to Green in particular. Hope he keeps this form up. Got a good one here.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
7Gorman for me also. Worked hard, mixed simple balls with a few good passes in behind the defence. It was telling that Walsall replaced 2 midfielders because Gorman was controlling things.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
8Demetriou for me. He looked competent, which was enough to stand out in that game. Agree that Khan and Gorman did well.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
9I chose Demetriou. Innis defended well also, but Mickey, as always, looked at ease when controlling the ball and always looks for a creative outcome when passing.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
10A few candidates but I chose Matt who worked his socks off once again.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
11Via iFollow, Innis despite him missing a sitter in the first minute.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
12Gorman was excellent....just goes to show some people that you shouldn’t write a player off just because he isn’t wanted by another team in your division.

Its just my opinion but as in most games this year he ran around like a headless chicken.
I thought Matt/ Amond and Abrahams were once again woeful.
Waters/ Green and Collins should have been on at 90 minutes.
Re: Man of the Match Walsall
15Good afternoon.
Just my opinion but I think that your choice Ryan Inniss is a bit of a liability, suspect with the ball at his feet, lacks direction with his defensive headers and doesn't win enough in the air in attack. Their sub Stewart beat him last night late on. I'd pick Howkins every time.
