Seemingly because the manager thought it would be a good idea to get Abrahams on for the penalty shoot-out.

This would be the same Abrahams that Flynn criticised earlier in the season for hitting a penalty straight down the middle and the keeper saved it. So what does he do last night? Exactly the same and the keeper gets a hand to it !!

No he didn't. Abrahams shot to the keeper's left, who saved it onto the crossbar but had no clue where the ball had gone.

Bennett for me. Great positional performance, reads the game beautifully and gives us less long balls when he plays at the back.

Honorable mention to Robbie who was excellent back where he belongs on the right. Put some lovely balls in the box.

Bennett read the game brilliantly, especially in the first half. Matt did everything you can ask of a target man (apart from score) in the second half and Innis stood out at the back for keeping Asante quiet enough.

Innis just edges it for me.
