Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
6Yes, always first to the ball today, some good flicks and knock downs. Abrahams never got near him to profit from them and when Green came on he just ran around like a school kid and did very little.countyareup wrote:Jamille for me. Playing much better in recent games at home.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
7Thought Gorman was excellent. Alway bright and looking for a progressive pass. Sheehan and Bennet honourable mentions.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
8Thought Gorman and Matt both had good games but Innis for me. For the clowns who say he cant header , he only lost one all afternoon. Won most of his tackles too.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
9Dolan for me good passer of the ball one of the few County players who have the vision and execution to switch play one side to the other.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
10Some good performances from Haynes,Bennett,Gorman and Dolan. For me,Sheehan stood out as he looks comfortable on the ball and can beat a man.I do wish he would stop diving in the opposition's penalty area though.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
11Inniss for me even charging up the right wing twice second half.
Immense in the air good on the ground today.
Pushed by Josh, back to his best.
10 good performances but Tristan again poor. Shame.
You could see the disappointment on his face when he got pulled off

Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
12I picked Dolan. Made loads of short intelligent passes and reacted well to clearances from the Morecambe defence. Must also mention (as always) Mickey Demetriou. What a smart player he is. His brain is always connected to his feet and he gets himself so well positioned to head the ball and retain possession in tackles. Inniss did the heading bit superbly today but he does worry me with ball at his feet. Bennett returning steadied the defence. We were miles better than Morecambe whose main goal threat was probably the goalkeeper ably assisted by the wind on his back. Wonder what misery guts Adams will have to say about the game.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
13I thought Dolan justified his inclusion and did a lot of work as did Ginger Pele, sorry Gorman. As he sliced in the winner,I will just give it to Gorman as goals win football matched however they go in.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
14He was better down the wing than Robbie !!Frank Nouble 3 wrote:Inniss for me even charging up the right wing twice second half.
