Went for Gorman for a tidy all round display, and games only goal. Also showing restraint when grabbed by the throat by an opposition player.
Thought Innis looked a little less panicky with ball at his feet today.
Could both become permanent signings for next season?

How daft was that.

18Agree, silly foul in the first place. Probably judging by my own low standards, would have been tempted to nut him.Frank Nouble 3 wrote:But still got booked.OLDCROMWELLIAN wrote:Went for Gorman for a tidy all round display, and games only goal. Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
19Gorman was good again but my vote will go to Sheehan class act in midfield Dolan also had his best game for a while.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
20Interesting to see our 3 midfielders running away with this poll.
Clean sheet by the defence again but clearly didn't catch the eye so much.
Once again not much to talk about up front albeit Jamma has a few supporters.
Jordan Green caught the eye of one voter I noticed.
Clearly Matty's best game this season until Yesterday he had only obtained 3 votes all year.

21Agreed , pitch shocking and not conducive to passing but I thought that was a good performance from the middle 3.Frank Nouble 3 wrote:Interesting to see our 3 midfielders running away with this poll.

I notice you dont want to pull this poll this week. Is it because Amond isnt involved in it and it suits your agenda ?????

Blame it on old age maybe.
No its just you.

24Was thinking along the same lines. Have 3 midfielders filled the 3 top spots on MOTM polls before?Frank Nouble 3 wrote:Interesting to see our 3 midfielders running away with this poll.

Despite the clean sheet, thought our defensive looked vulnerable to the long ball over the top on several occasions towards the end, and was underwhelmed by the wing backs performances.
Voters clearly reflect these thoughts.
Re: Man of the Match Morecambe home
25Quite a few candidates but Scot Bennett for me. Superb anticipation and timing all game and a goal line clearance at the end.

26That was special - Scot has been my player of the season so far.Melling's equaliser wrote:Quite a few candidates but Scot Bennett for me. Superb anticipation and timing all game and a goal line clearance at the end.
