Jack, when trying to post or reply to a quote I keep getting the following error message -

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x98\x80\x0A\x0A...' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366]

Is this persisting?

I suspect he’s using emojis from his iPad keyboard rather than from the emojis offered on the messageboard. Try that.
