Hi Jim,

Thanks for contacting me. We are seeing increased demand to our food bank as expected but are determined to keep it open and support the vulnerable in Newport.

We are finding that a lot more people are in B&B now with only a kettle to prepare food with so any food that can be made up with hot water from a kettle are in great demand eg Pot Noodles, mug shots, noodles etc

We are also giving out lots of biscuits, crisps, cakes as well.

Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated and we are at the Centre Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday between 11.30 & 3pm.

Did the shop last night managed to get 135 quids worth of food and a few treats for the little ones for Easter

Will drop off today between 11-3
